Prior to forming Lyons, Snyder & Collin, P.A., Mr. Snyder was a founding and managing partner at the LyonsSnyder Law Group, P.A. In addition, Mr. Snyder also served as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida. During his tenure at the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Snyder earned a reputation for trial excellence in cases involving white collar crimes, drug crimes, sex crimes and driving-related offenses, including Driving While Under the Influence. Eventually, the State Attorney's Office assigned Mr. Snyder to the Domestic Violence Unit. Within this specialized Unit, Mr. Snyder was responsible for investigating and prosecuting Domestic Battery, Aggravated Stalking and Armed Kidnapping. The State Attorney's Office later promoted Mr. Snyder to the Economic Crime Unit. Within this specialized Unit, Mr. Snyder was responsible for investigating and prosecuting intricate white collar crimes, including, Grand Theft, Scheme to Defraud and Tax Evasion. Mr. Snyder has successfully litigated over 50 jury trials and hundreds of Motions.
